Badlav - Ek Nai Soch
is a pilot project in and around the border areas of the holy city of Amritsar. 500 people were enrolled under this project for various skills like beautician, tailoring for females and mobile repairing, electrician course, basic computer course for males. The main motive of the project is to make the women and youth self-employed and independent by teaching them to make things out of waste.
S.H.E. Society sticking to its motto of improving social, economic, political and legal strength of women, ensuring them equals right and making them confident and self-sufficient, distributed certificates to 96 girls on successful completion of 3 months beautician course 90 Student in Computer and 25 students in English Speaking Course. Sanstha also offered financial help through banks to those who wish to start their own business.
